4. Electronic Signatures & Legal Validity

Signably’s eSignatures comply with ESIGN, UETA, and eIDAS frameworks. Electronic signatures are legally binding where permitted by law.

5. Security & Compliance

We follow controls aligned with ISO 27001 and SOC2 standards, with HIPAA and GDPR readiness. Certifications are in progress.

6. Data Ownership & Rights

• You retain ownership of your documents.

• Signably only processes and stores documents to deliver services.

• We do not claim rights over your content.

7. Limitations of Liability

Signably is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or disputes arising from document content or third-party actions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using Signably at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, subject to international compliance frameworks.
